Most of us develop our work relationships without intention – we show up to work and just expect relationships to happen. And somehow, they actually do.

    1. How is this different from a team-building workshop?
      Unlike one-off events and workshops, Connect For is ongoing engagement that builds trust and relationships over time.

    2. Who facilitates the conversations?
      All conversations are co-facilitated by Sarah Markwick and Sandy Gunn.

    3. How many people can participate in a facilitated conversation?
      There is no limit to the number of people who can participate. The number of people you offer this to will depend on what they are connecting for. We work with you to determine a group size and structure that suits your needs.

    4. What if our team is fully distributed or hybrid?
      Connect For is designed to work wherever your people are. All sessions are virtual -- no travel needed.

    5. Is this group coaching?
      No. These are lightly facilitated conversations. Group coaching is a segmented, structured, roundtable session, where each individual is coached with others present. It is a different way to build trust and safety with people. If you would like to find out more about group coaching, book a 15-minute call with us

    6. What are the 15-minute employee check-ins for?

      Conversation. With our offering, you get two bat-phone coaches. If a topic arises in a facilitated conversation that a participant would like to talk more about, they can. With either of us!

    7. What are the cards for?

      Often it’s the little things that make the biggest difference. Giving or receiving a card, just because, can feel really good, so why not do more of it? You choose your favourites from our BWH card collection (finally, cards we would actually give to our colleagues) and share them with Connect For participants. The cards are another way for your people to connect!

    8. Who is the newsletter for?

      It is exclusively for all Connect For clients. Each quarter, we share our favourite frameworks, stories, and monthly connection-related challenges your people can choose to participate in.

    9. What topics are covered in the conversations?
      We have a selection of conversation prompts you can choose from that explore topics like burnout, boundaries, relationships, hard conversations, confidence, and even commiseration – participants get to know each other better within the context of how they can speak to the same question differently. 

    10. Can we customize our experience?
      Yes! You can customize who you want to make this available to, the size of the group, and the conversation topics that are important to your team. We will partner with you to create an experience that suits your needs.

    11. What is the commitment?
      Connection happens over time so we have created an annual package that allows for a consistent and digestible pace to meet.

    12. What is your billing schedule?
      Clients will be invoiced on the 1st day of every month. 

    13. What is your refund policy?
      An annual package may be cancelled within the first 90 days.
