Our learning opportunities were created for ALL learners, regardless of their role. They are for anyone who identifies with the statement: I am someone who cares about bringing my best self to my workplace.

We offer both team and individual sign-up options.

Enrolling as a team promotes accountability, deepens relationships, and creates a shared approach to being a better workplace human.


Open Enrollment Cohorts

Enrolling as an individual in an open enrollment cohort gives participants the opportunity to learn and network with people from different industries and organizations. Some participants feel more free to share stories and experiences with non-colleagues.
