Confidence. It’s so fluid and nuanced. And it’s a recurring theme that comes up with our clients and with ourselves! It doesn’t matter what title you have, what you have achieved, or how respected you are, EVERYONE struggles with confidence at one time or another.

Our 4-week, virtual, and self-directed course introduces concepts and tools and gives you powerful coaching questions to build confidence in the areas of your life that are most important to you.

Week 1 - Check yourself

In Week 1, you will start noticing your confidence – the areas of your life you ALREADY feel confident in as well as the areas of your life you would like to be more confident in. And, you will explore your WHY for being in this course, and what your payoffs might be for making a change vs staying the same.

Week 2 - Before you wreck yourself

In Week 2, you will be introduced to the concept of saboteurs. You will start to explore what stories your saboteurs might be telling you and how those stories are negatively impacting your confidence.

Week 3 - Repair

In Week 3, you will choose a saboteur story to challenge with a learning experiment

Week 4 - Building up

In Week 4, you will reflect on your progress in the course and identify ways to keep the momentum going.

capacity: where yours went and how to find it again

Being too busy is a place where many of us feel powerless and stuck. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Our 4-week, virtual, and self-directed course introduces concepts and tools and gives you powerful coaching questions that will support you to examine and re-think how you approach your capacity, help you to feel more energized and less busy, and put you in a better position to lead with your best self.

Week 1 - Check yourself

In Week 1, you will start paying attention to your capacity and noticing how it feels when your capacity level changes. And, you will explore your WHY for being in this course, and what your payoffs might be for making a change vs staying the same.

Week 2 - Before you wreck yourself

In Week 2, you will explore what gets in the way of healthy capacity. You will learn about the judge and the saboteurs and the stories they tell you about situations, people, and yourself.

Week 3 - Repair

In Week 3, you will learn ways to manage your capacity. You will explore how you can take responsibility for your own capacity and how you can manage your capacity through boundaries.

Week 4 - Building up

In Week 4, you will explore ways to restore your capacity. You will learn how say NO better. And, you will learn how to say YES better.
